A complaint may be sent via this form or by post, email or fax. The complaints procedure is laid down by the regulation on procedures against an audio or audiovisual media service and by the regulation on procedures concerning admission to public screenings. A complaint is only admissible if it contains a number of details, including the name of the channel, the date and time of broadcast and the title of the programme or film screening at issue.
