A complaint may be sent via this form or by post, email or fax. The complaints procedure is laid down by the internal regulations governing the operational procedures of the various bodies of the Authority and the investigations led by the Managing Director. A complaint is only admissible if it contains a number of details, including the name of the channel, the date and time of broadcast and the title of the programme or film screening at issue.
